In the office, together and focused when it matters
We work in the office three days a week. Those days are for collaboration, discussion, and momentum. The other two days are for focused work, wherever you do that best.
We trust people to manage their time well and show up when it counts.
Meetings with a purpose
Meetings exist to move things forward. We keep them structured, time-boxed, and decision-led. Every meeting should end with clarity on what happens next.
